The “Viewing As” feature lets you change the dashboard view to see information from different users or accounts.
When you (or another teammate) are added to RentRedi by a landlord (such as an account owner or property manager), their name will appear in this dropdown menu — along with your own username and any other shared accounts.
As a teammate, you can use the "Viewing As" feature to view the information/data the landlord or main account shares with you by clicking the displayed name, and then selecting the landlord's Name in the dropdown menu.
To view the data shared with you:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name in the upper-right.
Click Viewing As.
Select the landlord or main account you're working with.
