Your landlord may attach a bill or document to a charge in RentRedi, such as a utility bill, so you can see what you're paying for before making a payment.

Follow the steps below to view or download an attached document.

View a Bill from Payments Due

  1. Sign in to your RentRedi tenant account.

  2. Go to Payments ➜ Payments Due.

  3. Find the charge with a paperclip icon next to the amount due.

  4. Click the paperclip icon to view the attached document.

The document opens in a pop-up window. From there, you can open it in a new tab, download it, or close the window to return to the main screen.

View a Bill from the Pay Screen

You can also view an attached document while preparing to pay a charge:

  1. Click Pay Now on the charge.

  2. On the payment screen, click View Document.

What Can I Do with the Attached Document?

  • Preview: View attached PDFs and images in a read-only window.

  • Open: Open the document in a new browser tab.

  • Download: Save the file to your device for future reference.

Don't See an Attached Bill?

The paperclip icon and View Document option only appear when your landlord has attached a document to the charge.

If you expected to see a bill but don't see one, contact your landlord through RentRedi to ask for a copy.
