What Is Insights?
Insights brings tenant activity and property management opportunities into one view. Use it to review payment history, monitor lease renewals, track maintenance activity, and explore ways to improve rent collection or save on property taxes.
How to Access Insights
From your RentRedi dashboard, click ❯❯ (Expand sidebar) in the upper-left corner.
Go to Performance ➜ Insights.
Tip: Click the Properties dropdown on the right-hand side to select viewing a single property, multiple, or all properties.
Savings and Earning Opportunities
The top of the Insights page features four cards highlighting ways to save on property expenses and improve rent collection.
Reduce Your Property Taxes — Preview potential property tax savings. Click Start Tax Appeals to begin an appeal with Ownwell.
Increase On-time Payments — Learn how Credit Boost can help encourage on-time rent payments. Click Get Credit Boost to learn more.
Rent Collected With Late Fee Rules — See how much rent you've collected with late fee rules enabled. Click View Late Fee Rules to review your rules.
Automatic Rent Reminders — Learn how automatic reminders can help tenants pay on time. Click Turn On Rent Reminders to set them up.
Tenants table
Below the cards, the Tenants table shows where each tenant stands at a glance:
Tenant and Address
On-Time: on-time payments out of total payments
Late: number of late payments
Maint.: maintenance requests
Rent: rent amount
Chats: chat conversations
Renewal: lease renewal status, such as Month-to-month, Expired, or days until renewal
AI Tenant Summary
Each tenant row has an AI Tenant Summary. Click the arrow at the end of a row to expand it.
The summary gives a plain-language snapshot of the tenant, including whether they paid this month's rent, their on-time payment streak, any amount still owed, and their lease start date. Click View all payments in the summary to see the full payment history.
