You can prevent or block credit and debit card payments and allow tenants to ONLY pay directly from their bank accounts via ACH.

You can limit payment options to ACH (Automated Clearing House) only, which means that tenants can pay their rent only from their bank accounts, and prevent them from using credit and debit cards. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Click on the gear icon (⚙️) located on your RentRedi dashboard

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Go to the Feature Settings tab

  4. Click on Edit Payment Types

  5. Select ACH Only

  6. Click on Save Changes
