If you added tenants and charges to a property and your property is still listed as vacant, it could be due to the lease start and end dates.

If today's date is before the lease start date or today's date is after the lease end date the property might show up as vacant.

The “Occupied”/“Expiring”/“Vacant” categories based on the lease start and end dates.

If the lease hasn't started (or ended) yet, the unit will marked as "Vacant" until it starts or ends. After that, it will be categorized occupied! 😊
