If your unit is listed as occupied when it is vacant, it could be due to the lease start and end date.

If today's date is after the lease start date or today's date is before the lease end date the property might show up as occupied.

The “Occupied”/“Expiring”/“Vacant” categories are based on the lease charge start and end dates.

To update the lease dates:

  1. from the Dashboard, click "Properties"

  2. Select the unit

  3. Click "New Lease (Charges)"

  4. Complete the form to update the charges!

  5. Done! 🎉
