If your tenant submitted an application and you requested an update "Changes Requested", your tenant will just need to submit the same application to make it show as pending on your dashboard.
To get out of “changes needed”, your tenant can do the following:
Login to the RentRedi app
Click Apply
Select the application that shows as changes requested
Follow the prompt to complete the screening and submit
After your tenant takes these steps, the application will show as Pending for you to review! 😊
Note: If the tenant already paid for the screening, they should be able to continue with the same application to edit their information, and then submit it! 🙌
