If your unit is listed as occupied when it is vacant, it could be due to the lease start date.
The “Occupied”/“Expiring”/“Vacant” categories are based on the lease charge start and end dates.
To update the lease dates:
- from the Dashboard, click "Properties"
- Select the unit
- Click "New Lease (Charges)"
- Complete the form to update the charges!
- Done! 🎉
