If your unit is listed as occupied when it is vacant, it could be due to the lease start date.

The “Occupied”/“Expiring”/“Vacant” categories are based on the lease charge start and end dates.

To update the lease dates:

  1. from the Dashboard, click "Properties"
  2. Select the unit
  3. Click "New Lease (Charges)"
  4. Complete the form to update the charges!
  5. Done! 🎉
