Why Am I Seeing "You Are Not a Tenant Yet"?

If you're seeing this message, it may be because the email address associated with your account doesn’t match the one your landlord used to invite you.

Here’s how to resolve it:

1. Search for the Invitation Email

  • Look for an email with the subject "Your Landlord Has Invited You To Join RentRedi" sent from [email protected].

  • Check which email received the message, then update your account email using this link.

Why do I need to update my email address to the one that was invited?

RentRedi invites are linked to the email address used. To accept, you can either (A) update your email or (B) ask your landlord to resend the invite to a different email. Once updated, a popup in tenant.rentredi.com will allow you to accept the invite.

2. Can't Find the Email?

  • Ask your landlord to resend the invitation to the email address you signed up with.

Why do I need to send my landlord my email address?

They may have used the wrong email. Sharing your email ensures they send the invite to the correct address. Landlords can also skip sending invites, so confirming ensures the invite is sent to you.

3. Landlord Not Responding?

  • Reach out to RentRedi Support with the following information:

    • Your landlord’s full name or property management company name.

    • Your property address and unit number.

Why should I contact support if my landlord isn’t responding?

RentRedi support is here to help! If you can't reach your landlord, we'll contact them on your behalf to ensure everything gets updated. 😊

Done! 🎉
