🔧 How to turn it on:
Go to Menu → Rent → Payment Order Settings
Click + Add Rule
Select the property and unit (or choose All Properties / All Units)
Choose “Require tenants to pay oldest charges first”
Click Update Rules
That’s it! Payments will now be applied starting with the oldest unpaid charges.
