Classic View:

  1. Go to Menu → Rent → Payment Order Settings

  2. Click +Add Rule

  3. Select the property and unit (or choose All Properties / All Units)

  4. Choose “Require tenants to pay oldest charges first”

  5. Click Update Rules

  2. Click +Add Rule

  3. Select the property and unit (or choose All Properties / All Units)

  4. Choose “Require tenants to pay oldest charges first”

Note: If a tenant has a late fee separate from an overdue charge, they will be able to pay the overdue charge prior to the late fee. The tenant will not be able to pay the next month's charge until the late fee is paid in full.
