Signed up for Credit Boosting but want to cancel?
No problem! If you're using the RentRedi app, you can cancel your enrollment anytime by following the steps below!
Follow these steps:
Log in to the RentRedi app.
Tap the Rent tab.
In the Rent Reporting section, tap the date shown.
Your enrollment status will appear.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
A confirmation screen will appear.
To proceed, tap Cancel Subscription again.
If you change your mind, tap Keep Subscription.
A success message will confirm your cancellation if you cancel. Tap Close to return to the main screen.
Done! Your Credit Boosting enrollment will now be canceled, and future rent payments will no longer be reported! ✅
