Having trouble signing in with your password or Single Sign-On (SSO)?
RentRedi now offers a passwordless sign-in option on the web, so you can sign in using a secure one-time link sent to your email instead.
How to Sign In Without a Password
Go to the RentRedi sign-in screen on the web (landlord dashboard or tenant portal).
Select Send me a sign-in link.
Enter your email address.
Check your email inbox for the one-time sign-in link.
Note: If you can't find the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Click the link in the email. A page opens with a Continue button.
Click Continue to finish signing in. No password required.
Done! ✅
Important notes:
You must click Continue after opening the link. This keeps email security scanners from using your one-time link before you do.
If the link has expired or was already used, click Request a new link to get a fresh one.
Can I Sign In Without a Password on the App?
Yes! Passwordless sign-in is available in the latest version of the RentRedi app. Update your app to get started.
