How to Save Your Payment Method

Make paying rent easier by saving your preferred payment method in RentRedi. Once saved, you can quickly select it for future payments. 🎉

Your payment method is automatically saved when you make a payment. You can also add and save a new payment method anytime, then choose which one to use when you pay. 😄

RentRedi App 📱

  1. Log in to the RentRedi app.

  2. Tap Rent.

  3. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.

  4. Tap Payment Methods.

  5. Tap the + icon in the top-right corner.

  6. Choose your payment method:

    • New Credit/Debit Card

    • New Bank Account

  7. Enter your payment details.

RentRedi Web Portal 💻

  1. Log in at tenant.rentredi.com.

  2. Go to Payments ➜ Wallet.

  3. Click + Add New.

  4. Choose your payment method:

    • New Credit/Debit Card

    • New Bank Account

  5. Enter your payment details.

Done!✅ Your payment method will now be saved and available for future payments.

Managing Your Saved Payment Methods

You can view your saved payment methods anytime from Payment Methods in the app or Payments ➜ Wallet in the web portal. You can also delete a payment method if you no longer want to use it.
