How to Manage Your Email Notifications in RentRedi

Email notifications help you stay updated on important account activity. You can turn notifications on or off and customize them at any time directly from your RentRedi dashboard.

How to Update Email Notifications: 👇

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name at the top right of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the Email Notifications section, toggle on or off the notification types you want to receive.

    • New Applications

      • Get alerts when new rental applications are submitted.

    • New Prequalifications

      • Stay updated on prequalification requests.

    • New Maintenance Requests

      • Receive email notifications for maintenance requests.

    • New Rent Payments

      • Get notified when tenants make rent payments.

    • Expiring Leases (New)

      • Be alerted when leases are about to expire so you can plan renewals or move-outs.

      • Set the notification frequency from 90 days to 7 days before expiration.

    • Overdue Charges (New)

      • Receive alerts about unpaid charges to follow up with tenants.

      • Set the notification frequency from 1 day to 30 days after the due date.
