If you purchased an insurance policy via the RentRedi app, then you have an insurance policy with SURE Insurance. RentRedi does not control these policies and cannot cancel on your behalf.
SURE Insurance is the insurance company and is the only one that controls billing and policy cancelation.
If you want to cancel your insurance policy with SURE, then SURE makes it easy with no cancellation fee.
To cancel your insurance policy with SURE:
Call 844-335-5441 to speak with a friendly, licensed SURE insurance agent.
You may be asked to provide your SURE policy number, so please have that ready.
Hours: 8am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday
Response time: SURE typically responds to all customer inquiries and questions in less than a 24-hour period upon receiving them with the weekends being the one exception. During weekends, customers will hear back the following Monday once the team has returned.
