How to Access Your Tenant Ledger
From your RentRedi dashboard, click Renters
Click on the tenant
Toggle over to the Charges tab
On the right-hand side, click Charges to view cards showing what's been paid
On the right-hand side, click Ledger to see the running balance with charges and payments
For a PDF version of the ledger, click More, then Download Tenant Ledger PDF
Done!
The tenant ledger contains:
A record of the tenant's payments
A record of charges and their due dates
And the running balance for the lease
This document will give an overview of the tenant's payments for your record and your tenants' as well!
