When creating a charge the Viewed by will be set to the current tenants (by default).
That way, when you add a new tenant in the future...
the new tenant sees new charges
the old tenant sees the old charged
but they do not see each other's charges!
As an additional tip, you can change who can view the charge in a few ways! When viewing a charge, you can do any of the following:
To remove someone listed, click the X next to their name
To update the charge to be viewable to current tenants, click "View to all tenants"
To add a new tenant to the charge that's not yet in the system, click "Add a new tenant"
