If your tenant submitted an application and then uploaded supporting documents, you will need to select "Request Update" on the application.
- Select the application you would like to update
- Click "Request Update"
- Once you select the "Request Update" option, it will allow the applicant to resubmit the application with the information or documents they updated. 😊
This is done specifically for your protection to ensure that the information submitted to a landlord isn't suddenly changed or updated without your knowing, especially for legal purposes.
