Currently, tenant auto-pay works for rent payments only. For other fees or charges (like repairs, parking, utilities, etc) tenants will still have to make manual payments.

If the tenant has auto-pay enabled for rent payments and the rent payment fails, they will need to reset auto-pay.

Importantly, they will need to pay this one month manually (auto-pay cannot pay past due rent by landlord request). Then, they can re-enable auto-pay for the future by following the instructions for How to Set Up Auto-Pay.
