After a tenant electronically signs their lease with an ID verification photo, you'll be notified to verify the tenant and also sign the document.

Electronic signatures of this document are legally binding. Documented proof of legally binding tenant signature:

  • Accepted terms and conditions (timestamp and IP)

  • Accepted digital signatures (timestamp and IP)

  • Took selfie (with photo ID) (timestamp and IP)

  • Signed (timestamp and IP)

After that, you can download your legally signed lease! Here is an example of what a completed, e-signed lease would look like.

(Note: Some sensitive information is blocked out in red, but will visible when you and your tenants digitally sign the lease.)
