<b>Does Latchel work on previously submitted maintenance requests in RentRedi?</b>

If Latchel was not enabled when the maintenance request was submitted, it will not be forwarded to Latchel.  

If a tenant <b>submits a new maintenance</b> request now that you have Latchel enabled, it will be sent to Latchel and the status will automatically update on the maintenance request within a few minutes of when it was submitted.
