Here’s how you can view that information 👇

On your <a href="https://app.rentredi.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">RentRedi dashboard</a>, click the Renters tab ​

1. Find the Prior tenant you want to view the information for ​

Click on the tenant's name or unit

1. This will open their profile, where you can view important details such as:
 - Rental History: Past lease agreements, move-in/move-out dates, and rental payment records.
 - Payment Records: Review their payment history, including any outstanding balances.
 - Lease Details: Check the terms of the lease agreement, rent amounts, and additional notes. ​ ​

1. On your <a href="https://app.rentredi.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">RentRedi dashboard</a>, click the Renters tab ​

2. Toggle to the Prior tab ​

 1. Find the Prior tenant you want to view the information for ​
3. Click on the tenant's name or unit

 1. This will open their profile, where you can view important details such as:
 - Rental History: Past lease agreements, move-in/move-out dates, and rental payment records.
 - Payment Records: Review their payment history, including any outstanding balances.
 - Lease Details: Check the terms of the lease agreement, rent amounts, and additional notes. ​ ​

If your prior tenant prequalified, applied, or switched units in the past, you can easily view those records by using the "View Another Profile for this Person" button. This will allow you to switch between different tenant profiles connected to the same individual, whether they prequalified, applied, or were linked to a previous unit.
