Don’t worry—it’s quick and easy! Follow the steps below to stop autopay for your account. 😄
Steps to Cancel Autopay via Web: 👇
Log in to your account at tenant.rentredi.com
Click on Payments in the menu
Select AutoPay
Click Delete AutoPay
On the pop-up message, click Delete AutoPay again to confirm
✅ That’s it!
Your autopay has been successfully cancelled.
💡Tip: You can always re-enable autopay anytime from the same menu if you change your mind.
