What are Maintenance Projects?
Projects let you group related tasks and maintenance requests under one project, giving you a clear overview of the work involved in a unit turn, renovation, or other property improvement.
Each project can include a title, status, assignee, property, description, start date, and target completion date.
From the project detail page, you can:
Track overall progress across linked tasks and maintenance requests.
View the total cost of linked maintenance requests.
Attach photos and videos to document the work.
Edit project details as plans change.
Your existing tasks and maintenance requests stay where they are. Projects simply bring them together in one place, making it easier to track progress and manage the entire job.
