Need to dispute a chargeback? Follow the instructions below.
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the gear icon
Click "Settings"
Toggle to "Feature Settings"
Under "Receive Payments", click "Modify"
Open your account dashboard
Click "Reports"
Click "List Chargebacks"
Use the "Take Action" feature to dispute the chargeback
You can also check the status of your disputed chargeback (Pending, Resolved in Favor of the Cardholder, etc.)!
