RentRedi makes it easy to bring back archived tenant records so you can access their history and manage your records without losing important information.
How to Restore an Archived Tenant
Follow the steps below to restore a previously archived tenant:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click Properties
Select the unit where the prior tenant was previously assigned.
Click the Charges tab.
Open a charge that the tenant was previously connected to or had paid for.
Under Viewed By, click the prior tenant’s name
On the tenant card, click Restore Archived Tenant (bottom right corner).
Done! ✅
What Happens After Restoring?
Once restored:
The tenant will reappear in your Prior Tenants list
Their historical charges and records remain intact
You can continue accessing their account information as needed
