How to Manage Your Notifications in RentRedi

Update your email or push notifications anytime from your settings. Change / Turn off / Turn on / Modify Notifications, push notification, email notification

Notifications help you stay updated on important account activities. You can customize or turn off notifications anytime.

Steps to Customize Your Notifications 👇

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name at the top right of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Account Settings, scroll down to the Email Notifications and Push Notifications sections.

  4. Choose which notifications you want to receive.

Email Notifications You Can Manage ✉️

  • New Applications

    • Get alerts when new rental applications are submitted.

  • New Prequalifications

    • Stay updated on prequalification requests.

  • New Maintenance Requests

    • Receive email notifications for maintenance requests.

  • New Rent Payments

    • Get notified when tenants make rent payments.

  • Expiring Leases (New)

    • Be alerted when leases are about to expire so you can plan renewals or move-outs.

    • Set the notification frequency from 90 days to 7 days before expiration.

  • Overdue Charges (New)

    • Receive alerts about unpaid charges to follow up with tenants.

    • Set the notification frequency from 1 day to 30 days after the due date.

    • Receive in-app notifications for maintenance requests.

    • Get in-app notifications when tenants make rent payments.
